Virginia (Jeany) Richards a Djungan woman, is a self taught artist for over 30 years from “WUNGU” Dimbulah.
Jeany has won major art awards over the years from different art exhibitions, Laura festivals to NAIDOC awards.
WILLANJIRRI, her aboriginal name means the three sissters mountains and is found on all of her artwork.
Today painting is just a hobby but she enjoys sharing her artistic skills with her grandchildren and kids at their schools.
