Saltwater Crayfish is one of the special foods we get from the sea. You find them hiding in the coral, deep down where the reef is alive and colourful. It takes skill and knowledge to dive for them, something my family knows well. What I love most is how beautiful they are. Crayfish come in so many different colours, and each one is unique, like living artwork from the ocean. That’s what inspired me to paint it, not just as food, but as something full of life and beauty fromm the sea.
